DESCRIPTION:Dear team\, \nWe are officially launching the DUNKIN loyalty program on the first of September 2026. \nThis means that everytime you come to DUNKIN\, you collect points and can get rewards. \nThe way it works is as follows: \n\nCustomers can scan a QR code (available on the customer stopper\, the kiosk\, flyers and our website)\nThe Qr code will lead them to the following form:\nGERMAN:\n\nFRENCH:\n\nOnce the form is filled out\, customers will automatically receive an email on the email address that they will provide that will contain their walle pass for both Google and Apple Wallet.\nThey have to click the button on the email that says add to wallet pass\n\nAfter this when they go to their Apple/Google wallet\, they will  have a QR code that they can tap on the DUNKIN Kiosks after a transaction and they can also tap it on the Oracle POS scanners\nEvery Franc they spend will be 1 point each customer will jump tiers once they collect more points. These are the following:\n\nStarter – 0\nBoost  – 150 \nChampion – 250 \nLegend – 500\n\n\n\nHere are few important things to remember: \n\nEvery 5 Francs customers spend\, they will receive a stamp on their wallet pass. After 6 stamps\, customers will get a free drink coupon on their wallet pass that they can also check by logging into their customer portal: dunkin-schweiz.app.leat.com\n\n\nOnce they receive their 6 stamps\, they can also give you\, the store employees\, their wallet pass and you as a an employee have to scan it  using the oracle scanner. Once you scan it you can see their Tier and also which rewards they have. You can ask them for their rewards and then offer it to them. Alternatively on the Kiosk\, this will work automatically as they will be able to see what rewards they have and then they can redeem them.\nOn sign up every customer will receive a free donut.\nOn Birthdays we will surprise customers with free items but this they will receive as push notifications.\nWhen customers reach higher tiers\, we will keep surprising them with gifts\, coupons and merchandise.\n\n
